What's waived, and what isn't

The offer waives Facet's own take rate and the Pro subscription fee. It does not waive Boson Protocol's 0.5% protocol fee, on-chain network and gas costs, or Stripe's card-processing fees where Stripe is the payment rail. Those still apply in full.

02Straight answers

Who holds my money?+
Nobody. Funds sit in an on-chain escrow contract (Boson Protocol's, live since 2021) until you fulfill, then release to your wallet. Facet never touches the money. We structurally cannot freeze, redirect, or lose it. That is the design, not a policy promise.
Do I need to understand crypto or wallets?+
One thing: a payout address, set once during onboarding, about two minutes. Everything else, identity checks, escrow, settlement, is handled by the protocol. If you can paste an address, you're done.
What if the AI buyer is fake or malicious?+
Every agent transacts with a verified identity token, checked at the door before it can quote or buy. Unidentified automated traffic never reaches your store through Facet. And because funds are escrowed before you fulfill, a bad actor has already paid before you lift a finger.
Will this change my storefront?+
No. You connect with the Facet Adapter for Woo, no theme or code change. Agents interact with the Facet terminal, not your WordPress server. Human visitors and search engines see your site exactly as before. It's a second door, not a renovation.
