Facet never holds the funds.

x402 Direct for e-commerce is Facet's non-custodial USDC checkout for AI agents, built above the x402 (HTTP 402) payment standard on Base. An agent pays a merchant directly, wallet to wallet, with a signed, verifiable receipt. Facet is not a party to the funds; settlement lands in the merchant's own wallet.
