Mainnet launch offer: terms
This page describes the mainnet launch promotion available at facet.llc/woo (the "Offer"). It supplements, and does not replace, the Facet Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). Where this page is silent, the Agreement controls. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Agreement.
1. What the Offer is

If your WooCommerce site is among the first 100 sites overall, you receive Tier 1 only. Tier 1 already includes everything Tier 2 offers, so the two do not stack on top of each other.
2. What is not included
The Offer waives only two things: Facet's own take rate on settled commerce, and the Pro plan's monthly subscription fee. It does not waive, reduce, or affect:
- Boson's protocol fee (0.5% of the settled transaction value, charged by Boson Protocol, not Facet), which still applies in full;
- On-chain network and gas costs for transactions settled in USDC on Base, which still apply in full; and
- Stripe's card-processing fees, for any transaction settled on the Stripe rail, which still apply in full.
Every reference to "0% fees" or "no take rate" anywhere Facet advertises the Offer means Facet's own take rate specifically. It does not mean a transaction settles with no fees to any party.
3. How a slot is claimed
A slot under Tier 1 or Tier 2 is claimed automatically, the moment your site completes both domain verification and OMS connection, provided slots remain available in that Tier at that moment. Creating a Facet account, or verifying your domain without connecting a store (or the reverse), does not by itself claim a slot. Slots are awarded in the order both steps are completed, on a first-come, first-served basis, and Facet's records of claim order are authoritative.
Once your site has claimed a slot, that Tier's terms are locked in for the full 12 months from your claim date. Facet will not shorten or revoke an already-claimed slot's terms, including if the Offer is later modified or closed to new claims under Section 5.
4. No calendar deadline, numeric caps only
The Offer has no end date. It remains open until 100 Tier 1 slots and 1,000 Tier 2 slots have been claimed, however long that takes. Facet may still modify or close the Offer to new claims at any time under Section 5; this section describes the Offer's default terms absent such a change.
5. Changes to the Offer
Facet may modify or discontinue the Offer at any time with respect to slots not yet claimed, including reducing the number of available slots, changing the discount, or closing the Offer entirely. Facet will post any such change on this page with an updated version number and effective date. A change under this section never affects a slot you have already claimed; see Section 3.
6. After the Offer period ends
Once your site's 12 months from claim have elapsed, or if both Tiers are already full at the time your site would otherwise qualify, your site is billed under Facet's standard published pricing: the Free plan ($0 per month, 10,000 requests per month, no commerce primitives) or the Pro plan ($199 per month, a 1% Facet take rate on settled commerce), as further described in Section 3.1 of the Agreement. You may choose either plan through your admin dashboard.
7. Your data
By claiming a slot you agree to the Data Rights and Use terms in the Agreement, Section 5, including Facet's use of Aggregated and De-identified transaction data to operate and improve its services and to build market-intelligence products. Facet does not sell your customers' personal information. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
8. Relationship to the Terms of Service
The Offer is made available under, and subject to, the Agreement in full, including its disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions. This page addresses only the commercial terms specific to the Offer. Nothing on this page limits, replaces, or is intended to be read in conflict with the Agreement; if a conflict exists, the Agreement controls except as to the specific discount terms described in Sections 1 through 4 above.
